DOCUMENTATION FRAMEWORK
Asset Proofs operates as an independent international private entity providing technical documentation, recording, and digital capture of privately owned physical assets. It delivers neutral, controlled, and verifiable technical documentation of the existence, identification, and general condition of assets at a specific time and place.
Asset Proofs is not a public or governmental authority and is not affiliated with public registries, state registration systems, or institutional certification bodies. The records issued constitute private technical reports and do not represent titles of ownership, valuations of economic value, legal opinions, or acts of rights registration.
Each documentation record is produced in accordance with a standardised technical protocol and bears a unique reference number, date and place of issue, as well as the signature of the Independent Technical Recorder. The technical reports are intended for use as documented technical reference records in private, administrative, and legal procedures requiring a clear and substantiated reference to physical assets.
The Asset Proofs Documentation Report constitutes an official private technical record of the identity and condition of an asset, structured in accordance with internationally recognised institutional frameworks for collections documentation and conservation (SPECTRUM 5.1 – Collections Trust, ICOM-CC, AIC, CCI).
Asset Proofs operates under strict confidentiality, institutional neutrality, and professional discretion. Technical records are issued exclusively to the lawful owner or their duly authorised representative and are not disclosed to third parties without explicit instruction.
