No. Asset Proofs is an independent international private documentation body and does not constitute a public authority, state body, or public registry. It operates entirely outside state, governmental, and public registration systems.

Where is photographic documentation carried out?
Photographic documentation is carried out on site, at the physical location where the assets are situated at the time of recording. The process is conducted with discretion and respect for the client’s premises and privacy, in order to accurately document the actual condition and physical presence of the assets.

Does Asset Proofs provide valuations or insurance appraisals?
No. Asset Proofs does not provide commercial valuations, insurance appraisals, financial assessments, or any form of value determination.

Does Asset Proofs provide legal advice or legal representation?
No. Asset Proofs does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.

Who owns the registry records?
All registry records constitute private technical documentation and remain the exclusive property of the lawful owner of the asset.

Is digital hosting of records by Asset Proofs mandatory?
No. Technical digital files are delivered through a secure, temporary private delivery workspace, where they remain available for download for a limited period of one month. The creation of a personal private page and the inclusion of records within the Asset Proofs Private Digital Registry constitute an optional and independent institutional service and do not affect the validity, integrity, or evidentiary value of the issued technical records.

May the documentation records be used in legal proceedings?
The documentation records constitute technical evidentiary documentation and may be used, under the responsibility of the lawful holder or their authorised representatives, in private, administrative, inheritance-related, transfer-related, and legal proceedings requiring documented reference to tangible assets.

Does Asset Proofs store, safeguard, or take custody of physical assets?
No. Asset Proofs does not store, safeguard, or assume physical custody of assets under any circumstances.
