Asset Proofs provides independent services of technical documentation and private recording of physical assets, with the purpose of producing reliable technical reference reports for private, legal, administrative, and insurance-related use.
The services are addressed to private individuals, families, collectors, legal advisors, insurance professionals, and asset managers who require clear, documented, and time-specific recording of physical assets.
Asset Proofs does not provide valuations, legal opinions, or insurance services and does not replace any statutory or public authority procedures.
Technical Recording & Private Registry Documentation
Asset Proofs applies a standardised procedure for the on-site technical recording of privately owned physical assets.
Each recording is conducted at a specific time and place and results in the issuance of a private technical report documenting the existence, identification, and general condition of the asset at the time of documentation.
The process is based on controlled technical observation, photographic documentation, recording of materials and construction characteristics, identification elements, and general condition assessment.
The recording may be carried out in the presence of the lawful owner, their authorised representatives, or their legal advisors.
Condition Reports
Preparation of condition reports providing descriptive documentation of the general physical condition of assets at the time of recording.
Condition reports are intended for use as technical reference documents in cases involving transport, storage, insurance, asset management, inheritance, or other private or administrative procedures requiring documented condition records.
Technical Documentation & Provenance Records
Creation of technical files compiling available identification data, documentation elements, and known provenance-related information, without evaluative judgments or legal certification.
These records are intended for supporting reference purposes only and do not constitute proof of ownership or legal title.
Digitisation & Digital Technical Files
Structured digitisation of photographic material, technical reports, and supporting documentation, resulting in the creation of a digital technical file for each asset.
Upon finalisation, each digital technical file is accompanied by a cryptographic integrity hash, enabling future verification that the file content has remained unaltered since the time of issuance.
Private Digital Hosting of Technical Files (Optional)
Upon explicit request, an optional private digital hosting service is provided for the issued technical files, within a secure environment with controlled access.
The hosting service constitutes an independent supporting service and does not affect the validity, integrity, or evidentiary value of the technical reports.
Ownership and institutional continuity of the digital files remain exclusively with the lawful owner or their duly authorised manager.
Confidentiality & Institutional Neutrality
Asset Proofs operates under strict confidentiality, professional neutrality, and independence.
No permanent file retention is maintained without a formal agreement, and Asset Proofs does not intervene in the interpretation or use of technical reports by third-party professionals.
